Our holiday apartment "BorkumSommer" in Kiebitzdelle-Westdünen 1 on Borkum is located on the ground floor of an apartment building and features modern living spaces with a lovely terrace and a small, fenced garden area.

A modernly furnished living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, including a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and much more, is available.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (200x160 cm) and an additional TV, and one with a corner bunk bed. A travel cot can be provided upon request. A highchair is also available.

The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine.

We are committed to sustainability and continuously improve our living environment through ongoing innovation. We have recently installed a new kitchen, a new bathroom, an eco-friendly heating system, and new windows that meet environmentally friendly standards.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
