In our modern holiday apartment on the edge of Borkum's old, quiet town center and not far from the South Beach, a bright and inviting home awaits you, decorated in natural colors inspired by the island's landscape. You'll find two bedrooms, a welcoming bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a large south/southwest-facing balcony accessible from the living area, where you can even enjoy the evening sun after a relaxing day. The fully equipped kitchen with an open-plan living area has everything you need for a perfect holiday.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
