Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with the whole family, we offer apartments in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, in various sizes to suit your needs.
"Haus Baalmann" offers five high-quality, non-smoking apartments. The house is centrally located on Norderreihe, a quiet side street, less than 500 meters from the main beach and directly adjacent to the Borkum inland meadows. The train station is less than 300 meters away. Convenient shopping, restaurants, bakeries, the "Gezeitenland" adventure pool, and other spa facilities are just a short walk away.

In the modern and stylishly furnished Apartment No. 2, two people can enjoy a wonderful vacation in approximately 48 m² of living space.
Look forward to a bright, spacious living room with TV, DVD player, and radio, a comfortable double bed in the bedroom where you can enjoy wonderful dreams, a separate kitchen with everything you need, and a bathroom with a shower.
Bed linens are included in the price, and the beds will, of course, be made upon your arrival. You will also find hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels already in the apartment.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
