Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Our holiday home Kleine Möwe is located directly in the Berumbur holiday park in the climatic health resort of Hage.
Within walking distance of the Kiessee lake and not far from the North Sea.

On 72 square metres we offer you 2 bedrooms for up to 4 persons + 1 baby (baby bed).
There are no extra costs for the baby bed, bed linen for the baby bed is free of charge.

The house has 2 bedrooms.
1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single box-spring beds.
The latter is not barrier-free and has 2 steps!
Kitchen:
The kitchen, with fitted kitchen, filter coffee machine & Caffisimo capsule machine offer everything for daily needs.
There is always a cool surprise waiting for you in the fridge.
No dishwasher available.
Bathroom:
The newly renovated bathroom is small but nice.
Equipped with a new washing machine and heated towel rail.
The toilet has an extra integrated toilet seat for little holidaymakers.
Toilet paper, small shampoo and washing powder are provided.
Living room/dining room:
The living room and dining room offer plenty of space.
Make yourself comfortable on the sofa or wing chair.
The dining area has a large dining table, 4 chairs and a high chair on request.
A selection of board games and books for young and old is available.
Garden/ utility room & shed:
A covered terrace with seating area and beach chair invites you to relax at any time of year.
A sandpit in the shape of a ship and toys are available for the little ones.
Our two XXL Playmobil figures are also there to play with.
In the utility room we have a small freezer and everything you need for a barbecue, loungers, parasol and much more.
In the shed you have the possibility to store your own bicycles.
A garage is not available!
A car park is available free of charge directly in front of the house.
A fenced garden with a 1.80 metre high fence completes the offer.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
