The very popular two-room holiday apartment "Südwest 2" with a balcony is ideal for 2-4 people. It is located on the first floor. The apartment has a spacious, light-filled living/sleeping area facing southwest. Wi-Fi is available.

There is also a new fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) right next to the cozy dining area. The sitting area includes two armchairs and a comfortable sofa bed with a spring core, which can be used as an additional sleeping space (approx. 1.60 m wide) if needed. A flat-screen TV (satellite connection) and Wi-Fi are also provided.

An additional single bed is located in the living room, which can also be used as extra seating during the day.

The bedroom contains two good box-spring beds and a wooden cot (1.40 m long). The shower room with WC and window is quite new.

There are also other one-, two-, and three-room holiday apartments in building number 259, so... For example, friends or grandparents can also live in the same house!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
