We're so glad you found us.

The name of our vacation apartment comes from the street name Seerosenweg (Water Lily Way) and the Low German number "DREI" (Three).

Our high-quality and lovingly furnished vacation apartment was completed in mid-2020.

The apartment is nestled in a beautiful garden. It borders our Seerose health center on one side and offers an unobstructed view of the greenery of the nature reserve and Lake Zwischenahn, which is just a short walk away.

The heart of this ground-floor apartment—which is therefore accessible for those using a walker—is the sun-drenched living and dining area, perfect for enjoying from your first cup of coffee in the morning to relaxing with guests over a glass of wine. Or perhaps you'd prefer the spacious (roof) terrace?

The apartment boasts high-quality furnishings (see list), decorated with attention to detail, and offers a comfortable atmosphere for your precious vacation days as a couple.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
