The holiday home for 3 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a terrace, a garden, a set of garden furniture and a sauna. The house is located 1 km from Bad Harzburg. Various excursions are possible in the surrounding area. Consider the climbing park, the fairytale forest, the outdoor swimming pool, and the cable car to the castle on the mountain. You can also rent mountain bikes and take Nordic walking courses.

The house also features a large balcony, a garden, a terrace, and a pond. A maximum of three cars can be parked at the house. Charging fees for electric or hybrid cars (where available) are always based on consumption and are billed separately.

The holiday home is located in a nature reserve and is therefore difficult to find. The last kilometer of the access road to the house is unpaved. If you would like to book laundry packages, please reserve them directly with the landlord before your arrival. Payment is due on site.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
