We welcome you to our modern 38sqm holiday flat in a quiet location in Bad Harzburg. The accommodation is located about 500m from the golf course 500m to the game reserve and 900m from the Jungbrunnen ( town centre ) in the pedestrian zone . You benefit from free WiFi and public parking at the accommodation . Cafe Winuwuk 150m , bus stop and hiking trails are only a few steps away . There are 2 free bicycles available to our guests in the basement . We are happy to pick up guests travelling by train from the station. The flat is located in a quiet house and has 1 living room with dining area , 1 flat screen TV , a fully equipped small kitchen with 2 plate ceramic hob microwave toaster kettle coffee pad machine and everything you need to prepare a tasty snack .

When the weather is nice, you can make yourself comfortable on the small balcony with garden view. Dogs are NOT allowed in principle, but can be requested.

Bus stop a few metres around the corner . Hiking trail and forest for long walks nearby (about 200m) To the city about 900 m . The railway station is about 1.5 km away ... but we will gladly pick you up on the day of arrival and bring you back on the day of departure .

We are happy to accompany guests travelling by train to the shops by car ... bicycles are available in the basement

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
