Our house (4 stars) is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, shopping facilities and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The holiday flat is located in the basement. Hiking trails and cycle paths are right on the doorstep. The district town of Osterode and the Harz town of Bad Grund are approx. 5 km away. The beautiful half-timbered town of Osterode has a beautiful leisure pool with wellness area, hiking opportunities and much more. Bad Grund offers a cave adventure centre, the "World Forest", a mining museum, minigolf and a brine bath. Bad Lauterberg has a wave pool with slide and wellness area. The beautiful half-timbered towns of Gosler and Wernigerrode are well worth a visit. The longest summer toboggan run is located in Gosler-Hahnenklee. The beautiful Harz ponds invite you to swim and relax. Several mining museums are located in the Harz.the holiday flat has a kitchen, as well as 1 living room, 1 bedroom and a bathroom.should an occupancy with more than 4 people take place, another bedroom and an additional bathroom is provided, as the flat has a separate area. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
