Our beautiful holiday home is located in the town of Bad Fallingbostel, just 25 minutes from Heide Park Soltau or Serengeti Park in Hodenhagen. The master bedroom has a double bed (200 cm x 180 cm), and the second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). A private bathroom with a shower and toilet is available. The holiday home is spread over 2 floors. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.

A large living room with a view of the fantastic garden completes the comfortably furnished holiday home. A fully equipped, beautiful fitted kitchen with a dining table is located on the ground floor.

Two free parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the house.

Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Keys will be handed over contactlessly via a key safe at the entrance.

All windows have fly screens, and the bedrooms have roller blinds.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
