The modern and lovingly furnished Nitschke holiday apartment, FeWo Ebbe, offers the opportunity to enjoy your vacation in the heart of East Frisia.
The apartment, located in one of our two semi-detached houses built in 2022, sits directly on the idyllic bathing lake in Aurich-Tannenhausen. Each half of the semi-detached house offers approximately 60 m² of living space and can accommodate up to four people.
The open-plan ground floor with its kitchen, living, and dining area, as well as the adjoining terrace, invites you to relax and unwind. Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms and a large, bright bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Parking is available directly at the house. Larger families are welcome to reserve both halves of the semi-detached house together.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
