General

The holiday home for 15 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a garden (fenced), a swimming pool and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

Ground floor of the house, group stays up to 15 people In the Elbtalaue biosphere reserve, 5 km from the Elbe, the house is adjacent to the Art Nouveau house as part of a 3-part country house on a park-like property (7500 square metres) with a naturally clarified bathing lake. The village of Krusendorf consists of 13 farms, some of which are still farmed, and a small village church.

In our biologically purified swimming pond (water surface approx. 300 square metres) you can experience a new kind of bathing pleasure (rainwater effect), or you can enjoy our lovingly laid out, extensive garden with its rose beds, the rustic flower garden, the many fruit trees and wild roses, the vine arbour and the various seating areas. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
