On the upper floor you will find four inviting bedrooms and a well-equipped bathroom that leaves nothing to be desired.
The outdoor area comprises a 900 m² fenced plot with a lawn, a terrace with seating and a barbecue for cosy evenings. A total of three parking spaces are available on the property free of charge, and dogs are also very welcome here. A special highlight for smokers: smoking is permitted in the garden or on the terrace.
