The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, two single beds and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, two televisions and a radio. In addition there is a garden, a balcony, a table tennis table and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a coffee maker, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Please note: group events and party tourism are not permitted. The apartment offers a private balcony with lovely views and a garden with sun loungers, parasol, and table tennis.

The region is ideal for hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing, with trails starting just outside your door. In winter, enjoy skiing or visit attractions like the lagoon adventure pool, wildlife park, climbing hall, and adventure golf course. Willingen’s town center is only a few kilometers away.

Popular excursions include Edersee, Diemelsee, Bad Arolsen Castle, Winterberg, Kassel, and Fort Fun. A travel cot is available upon request. EV charging is possible on-site (billed by meter). Please note: this home is not suitable for noisy groups or club gatherings.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
