Our cozy 60 sq m holiday apartment "Spatzennest" (Sparrow's Nest) offers all the comforts for 2-4 people.

The inviting living area leaves nothing to be desired.

In summer, our spacious garden is available for relaxation or barbecues.

Your children can let off steam anytime in our playhouse with slide and sandbox, or on the trampoline.

In winter, enjoy our cozy fireplace room with its rustic ambiance.

In the evenings, you can barbecue in the garden or simply relax and reflect on the day.

We have lovingly furnished our holiday apartment and hope that it meets your expectations and that you feel at home with us.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
