Enjoy the most precious days of the year in the "Sandhasen" holiday apartment, owned by the Schäfer family, in the heart of Germany. In addition to the spacious living room with a new flat-screen TV including internet access, a wide selection of games for cozy evenings, and plenty of reading material, you'll find a very well-equipped kitchen with a pantry and a spacious, bright dining room with a large south-facing balcony overlooking Lauterbach and the beautiful Vogelsberg mountains. The large south-facing balcony is especially popular for relaxing on warm summer days. Furthermore, our apartment has three bedrooms. All rooms in the living and sleeping areas feature warm cork flooring. The kitchen, hallway, and bathroom have light-colored tile flooring. Of course, our apartment is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, which is included in your stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
