The Herkules 4 flat is located on the ground floor in the centre of Kassel. The city centre can be easily reached on foot within a few minutes. There are many shops, shopping facilities, restaurants, museums, churches, the Fulda river and the Fulda-Aue (a beautiful large park with a lake). You can get anywhere in Kassel by tram without a car and the tram stop is only about 100 metres away.
The flat is very modern and equipped with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. A special highlight is the 1.80 x 2.00 m box-spring bed with comfort topper.
The second bedroom also has 2 single box-spring beds with toppers (0.90 x 2.00 m) so that you can sleep comfortably.
The sofa bed in the living area is available for a further 2 people and can be folded down in a few simple steps. This sofa also has a high-quality pocket spring mattress and an additional topper can be placed on top.
A natural stone wall in the living area creates a stylish ambience. The smart TV has numerous apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, RTL+, YouTube, etc.). The two bedrooms also have their own TV with the same apps so that there is no need to argue about the TV programme even in a large family: )
The living area has a dining area for 6 people and a small sound system with DAB plus radio and Bluetooth and internet radio.
The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, providing plenty of storage space for our guests.
The second bedroom has a small chest of drawers.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The highlight is the fully automatic coffee machine which is operated with whole beans (very tasty coffee!!). If you don't want to have breakfast in the dining room, there is a nice place with 2 stools in the kitchen.
The view from the windows is to one side into the garden and to the gardens of the neighbouring houses. To the front, on the street side, there is a view of the university. Despite the central location, it is relatively quiet at night.
The flat also has a small storage room with a hoover, ironing board and iron.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
