The booking confirmation/rental agreement serves as proof of travel. An additional invoice can be requested at the time of booking and will be issued after departure.

Rental prices are for a maximum of 5 people.

A security deposit of €100 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.

Electricity, water, and heating are included.

Bed linens and towels are included.

There is no tourist tax.

Free parking is available on the street.

Your vacation apartment is located on the ground floor and features free Wi-Fi. The living area includes a sofa that can be used as an additional bed. Relax in the armchair and reflect on the day with a glass of wine.

The dining room and kitchen are also tastefully furnished. Start your day off right. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances (e.g., a Moccamaster coffee machine).

The toilet is located separately from the bathroom. The bathroom is accessed via four steps and features a bathtub, a lighted mirror, a washing machine, and a dryer.

From there, you enter the first bedroom, which is furnished with a single bed. Adjacent to this is another bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The decor will set the mood for a stroll through Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park.

We offer a smoke-free and pet-free accommodation with carpet-free floors.

The vacation apartment is suitable for up to 5 people. The half-timbered house was built around 1870 and renovated in 2020. The "Gretel holiday apartment" is located in the same holiday home but has a separate entrance.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
