The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table with 4 chairs. In the living room there is a living/sleeping sofa with a coffee table. In the wall unit you will find glasses and the satellite TV.

In front of the house we have our own children's playground and your car will find a reserved parking space on our property. Your motorbike . . Washing machine in the house for use by all guests (chargeable). The holiday flat is suitable for singles, couples, families or fitters. In the attic next door there is a holiday apartment for 4 persons.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
