The flat is located in a two-family house, a beautiful conservatory that extends over the kitchen and the living room. The view from the conservatory opens onto a beautiful inner courtyard, in the middle of which is a young amber maple, which turns a wonderful red-yellow-purple colour in autumn. This was formerly a small farm with a roofing business, which has been extensively renovated and partially rebuilt by us over the years. In the inner courtyard there is a covered outdoor seating area for 6 people, which can be used at any time, even in bad weather, and a barbecue is also available here. The flat is located on the ground floor and is only accessible via a staircase. The accommodation has eight car parking spaces and numerous storage facilities for bicycles.

The outdoor area is very well maintained, with several seating areas and eight car parking spaces.

The furnishings are luxurious

The surrounding area is characterised by lush meadows and hills, our forest (to the Obersten Holz) invites you to go hiking. The river Eder flows from the Edersee to our village.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
