General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. Our forest house is located at the end of the holiday park and is the furthest away from the forest. Are you looking for peace and relaxation in nature, with a lake and forest, surrounded by your loved ones?

Our house is equipped for 4-6 people:
A living room with couch and two relaxing chairs, TV, DVD and Dolby surround system. The fireplace and modern infrared heating panels provide warmth and cosiness.
The dining area offers enough space to comfortably seat 6 people.
The high-quality kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, freezer (3 compartments), oven, ceramic hob, large sink and a dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine or Nespresso machine, pressure cooker, blender, and crockery & cutlery for 12 people. From the kitchen you have a beautiful view into the living room and down to the forest.
The house has two toilets, a separate shower and
three bedrooms:
Butterfly room: box spring bed and separate WC
Sunflower room: a double bed and washbasin
Owl room: with two single beds and washbasin
The upper bedrooms each have access to the balcony.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ample storage space.
The ground floor is brick-built, the roof area with the sloping bedrooms is a wooden structure. Therefore, a certain amount of noise and natural creaking of the wood is unavoidable.
The outside area offers two terraces, a brick barbecue, rotary clothes dryer, raised bed and car park for loading and unloading.

Activities around the Silbersee are partly chargeable. Please refer to the respective providers for opening prices and opening times. The offers have nothing to do with the letting of the house.
The WLAN is sufficient for private use - however, there is no guarantee for stability and utilisation (home office etc.).

The additional costs (cleaning, pet and deposit) are transferred directly to us (landlord) in advance. The consumed electricity and the tourist tax will be deducted from the deposit after the stay and transferred back to us.
Linen package (towel, shower towel, sheets and duvet covers) can be booked.

Directly at the Waldhaus you will find hiking trails, cycle paths, a mountain bike course. 5 minutes walk to the swimming lake with fishing possibilities, pedal boat hire.
There is a football pitch, a volleyball court, table tennis tables, a mini-golf course and smaller playgrounds. On the other side of the lake there is also a thermal spa with sauna built directly into the lake and a summer toboggan run with beer garden. There is also an indoor playground (Frieloland) and a climbing park. The pony farm is approx. 1.5km away and the Knüll wildlife park is also 10km away.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
