Welcome to our holiday home 182 am Silbersee, located in a picturesque holiday park in the Kurhessische Bergland, directly on the clear waters of the Silbersee. Surrounded by lush forests and fields, this idyllic setting is the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. Whether you want to unwind, go hiking, swimming, jogging or cycling - here you will find the ideal break from everyday life.

The interior of our holiday home, consisting of three self-contained flats, is equipped with all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. On the ground floor you will find the large, barrier-free Wolf flat with air conditioning and the cosy Geisslein flat. The upper floor houses the Rapunzel flat, which not only impresses with its cosiness, but also with two balconies. All flats offer WLAN, flat-screen TVs, CD and DVD players, wood-burning stoves and direct access to the terrace or balcony.

Outside, you will find 1400 square metres of well-kept grounds offering plenty of space for relaxation and leisure activities. Each flat has its own terrace so that you can enjoy the sun undisturbed. In addition, garden loungers, parasols and a private barbecue area by the house with seating invite you to linger and enjoy.

The area surrounding our holiday home offers a wealth of activities and sights. In the immediate vicinity you will find the wellness paradise with indoor pool, sauna and bistro, as well as offers such as the Silbersee Bob summer toboggan run, minigolf, a climbing park and the Frielo-Land children's play paradise. Nature lovers can visit the nearby Knüll animal park. Other excursion options include the Edersee holiday region, the Documenta city of Kassel and the cathedral and imperial city of Fritzlar with its many attractions.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
