Exit to the balcony. 1 room 11 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (100 cm, length 200 cm), electric shutters. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Small balcony 5 m2, south facing position, large terrace 30 m2 partly roofed, lawn 100 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Pellet stove: 1x pellets (15kg) is available free of charge from 1st November to 1st March. 1 free roll per person for the first breakfast of the holiday, 1 bag of gummy bears and 1 bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome.

At the park entrance there is a bistro/café with a sun terrace, Sunday breakfast buffet, children's cinema, table football (limited opening times outside of the season). There is also the option of using a washing machine and dryer for a fee.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
