"Grandma", 3-room apartment 70 m2, on the ground floor. Spacious and bright, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV and flat screen. Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Large terrace, lawn. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

At the park entrance there is a bistro/café with a sun terrace, Sunday breakfast buffet, children's cinema, table football (limited opening times outside of the season). There is also the option of using a washing machine and dryer for a fee.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
