There is comfortable seating and upholstered furniture for cosy get-togethers, including sofas that can also be used as sleeping accommodation for up to 6 people. The kitchen is modernly equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and other amenities that will delight cooking enthusiasts. Two separate bedrooms with their own TV offer a peaceful and restful night's sleep, complemented by a bathroom with bath, separate shower and other amenities for your comfort.

Enjoy the fresh air and nature from the large balcony or the outdoor seating area behind the house. A popular natural playground in the immediate vicinity provides fun and enjoyment for children. Just a few steps from the house, the forest opens up for explorations and walks. The outdoor area with parking directly in front of the door rounds off the offer of our quiet residential street.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
