The holiday home for 26 persons has five bathrooms and 11 bedrooms and is equipped with 11 bunk beds and 11 double beds. The holiday home is equipped with three stereos, three CD players, three televisions and a heather. In addition there is a garden, a set of garden furniture and a football table and there are two balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot. This group accommodation in Wenzigerode is located between Kassel and Marburg, directly adjacent to the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park, in a small district belonging to Bad Zwesten, 3.5 km outside the main town. Bad Wildungen and its springs are five kilometers away. The house is equally suitable for family celebrations, school trips, clubs, rescue dog teams (more dogs allowed upon request), and youth camps. It is an ideal location for seminars, courses, or continuing education. The outdoor area features a garden with a table tennis table, a fenced-in playground, a seating area made of granite blocks, and a barbecue area. Behind the house, directly adjacent to the forest, there is a forest soccer field with goals. Excellent hiking trails, such as the Ars Natura trail, invite you to explore the surrounding forests and fields. Löwenstein Castle and the Kellerwald Tower are wonderful destinations. National Park rangers are available for excursions, and forest rangers offer night hikes. The newly opened National Park Center is an extremely interesting and multifaceted learning center that easily takes up a whole day – recommended in the rain. Bad Zwesten's observatory and planetarium are unique in Germany. The fairytale village of Bergfreiheit, with its open-air stage and mysterious mine, is always a magnet for visitors. Bad Wildungen (5 km) is interesting for its healing springs, spa gardens, and wellness offerings. The old linden tree avenue – Brunnenallee – is a lovely place to stroll.

At the adjacent stud farm, a farm tour, riding lessons, and horseback rides can be booked upon request. The lakes near Borken (from 7 km away) or the Edersee (19 km away) offer beautiful swimming opportunities; in bad weather, the Heloponte Bad Wildungen indoor swimming pool (5 km away) offers great swimming opportunities.

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
