The holiday home for 3 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor).

Our holiday flat in Bad Nauheim, with a total of 50m² of living space and its own entrance, offers every guest complete comfort, peace and quiet and a top location.

The flat has 2 rooms, a fully equipped kitchenette and a separate bathroom. All rooms are fully equipped and offer everything your heart desires. The flat is about 5 minutes walk from the spa gardens, the Great Pond, golf course, supermarket and about 15 minutes walk from the thermal baths.

The master bedroom: With a spacious area and a view of the park-like garden, the bedroom is an oasis where you can enjoy cosy evenings. The bedroom is well equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables etc. TV and WLAN are free of charge. TV and WLAN are free of charge.

The smaller room is furnished with a sofa bed for 2 children or an adult. This can also be used as a living or dining room.

The kitchenette is equipped with kitchen cupboard and all electrical appliances: ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc...

The bathroom, 7m² in size, is modern, bright and fully equipped with bath towels, hairdryer, etc....

>>> CITY TAX: The city of Bad Nauheim, like any other health resort, is authorised to levy a city tax. Only business travellers are exempt from the visitor's tax. Business travellers include, among others, training, congresses, meetings, trade fair visits, job seekers or similar matters. Otherwise, the tourist tax is paid in cash at check-in in exchange for a receipt, which is paid into the public purse at the end of the month.

Smoking is not permitted in the flat. Pets are not allowed due to health problems.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
