A luxurious, 2-meter-wide king-size bed (67 cm high) ensures a restful night's sleep. In the morning, a Senseo coffee machine is ready to treat you while you enjoy breakfast in the cozy seating area. Entertainment is also well taken care of: the impressive 65-inch curved LED TV is sure to delight you. For music lovers, Alexa is always on hand to fulfill every wish. Naturally, high-speed DSL Wi-Fi is included as well. The swimming pool and sauna on the 25th floor—featuring a panoramic view—are available for guests to use free of charge during the stated opening hours.

This is a non-smoking apartment and is not suitable for pets. The apartment faces the city side and features a lovely loggia.
Many attractions await you in Bremerhaven, from the German Emigration Center to our famous Maritime Museum and the Climate House (Klimahaus). We look forward to hearing from you.

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 3:00 PM. are ladies, gentlemen and mixed sauna. During this time, there will be limited bathing operations due to the sauna guests.

For shared use: swimming pool, indoor pool heated (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 06:30-20:30). WC in the pool area. In the complex: sauna, fitness room, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Communal covered parking (extra). Bus stop 50 m, sandy beach, 200 m. Please note: lift to 25th floor. Not suitable for small children. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
