This detached single-family house is on a quiet side street within a residential estate in the Wulsdorf district and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor.

The accommodation provides and ample ca. 60m² of living space for two to four people. The house with a special flair was built with an open layout and provides everything you need. It is detached, comfortable and fully-equipped. A little hallway with stairs leads to the spacious lower floor with a lovely open built-in kitchen in an American style, equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, an electric stove, a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The modern living room provides a pull-out sofa bed for two people (140cm wide), a coffee table, a TV for leisurely evenings and a dining table with chairs. Large windows allow plenty of daylight into the generous room. Beautiful wooden stairs lead to the upper floor. The generous bedroom is light, inviting and open towards the living room. It is furnished with a double bed (180cm wide) and built-in cupboards with plenty of storage space. There is also enough space for your own supplementary bed. The generously fitted bathroom has a corner bath, shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. A washing machine (for use free of charge) and board games are also available. All the rooms have heating and free Wi-Fi.

The small, charmingly planted garden with a terrace and lawn is for your own exclusive use at any time. You can also use the garden furniture and a grill free of charge. You can relax here undisturbed. Your car or bicycles can be parked safely in the garage by the house. Pets are not allowed.

Long-term stays can be requested, for example for contract workers.

There are shops within walking distance about 300 metres away. The Bremerhaven Wulsdorf train station and a bus connection are 500-650 metres away. If you feel like relaxing, the wellness pool 2.6km away is an ideal place to do so. It is 3.3km to an outdoor pool during the season. The Klimahaus, Einwandererhaus, Mediterraneo, zoo by the sea, maritime museum etc. are just 5km from the house. It is also worth visiting the Bremerhaven fishing harbour 2.6km away.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
