Dear Guests, our holiday apartment is 79 square meters and offers optimal comfort for four guests. It features amenities such as a pool and sauna in the building. The apartment has been newly renovated. Located on the 16th floor, it offers stunning panoramic views in two directions: the sea, the Weser estuary, the museum harbor, and the city.

As in all apartment buildings, there are a few rules to observe: Household waste is conveniently disposed of via the garbage chute located on each floor facing the city. Please ensure that your garbage bags are the standard household size. Glass and waste paper must be disposed of separately.

Parking:

You can conveniently park directly in the Columbus Center, providing barrier-free access to the apartment. The daily parking rate is €7 on weekdays and €1 on weekends. Parking tickets can be purchased at the Staepark office. Our apartment is accessible via the Columbus Center South parking garage.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
