The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a double bed and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a stereo, two fireplaces and four televisions. In addition there is a set of garden furniture. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with a bath, two washbasins, a hairdryer and two showers.

The holiday home has two washing machines, a freezer and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave and a coffee maker.

The house is situated on the shores of the Großer Zechliner See (approx. 50 m) on a fully fenced plot of approximately 480 m². The living space is approximately 95 m² – ample room for 4 (max. 6) people. Dog(s) (max. 3) are welcome. The lake is among the clearest in the Rheinsberg lake district. Here you can swim, fish, hike, or simply relax. Fishing is permitted from the shore or from a boat. A fishing license and permit are required. A restaurant with a beer garden is located opposite the house at the Hotel Gutenmorgen. Enjoy nature at its finest – on foot during a hike, by bicycle through beautiful pine and beech forests, or on the water during a canoe trip. The nearest beach is approximately 150 m away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
