The holiday home for 2 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a radio and four televisions. In addition there is a terrace, a sauna, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool and a garden. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, a hairdryer, a bath, two toilets and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Residence built in 2016 with semi-detached houses and apartments as well as exclusive and upscale amenities on the grounds of the associated The Lakeside Burghotel in Strausberg. In addition to many historical sights - which are best discovered on a city tour - Strausberg also has a large number of restaurants, cafés and inns.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
