General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a radio and four televisions. In addition there is a terrace, a sauna, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool and a garden. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, a hairdryer, a bath, two toilets and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is een baby bath, toys and a cot (for rent).

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

Built in 2016, this residence features semi-detached houses and apartments with exclusive, upscale amenities on the grounds of the adjacent The Lakeside Burghotel in Strausberg. The spacious, allergy-friendly accommodations on the fenced, 2,500 sq m property leave nothing to be desired. Guests have complimentary access to the 700 sq m wellness area with Finnish sauna, steam room, aromatherapy, relaxation room, and heated indoor pool, as well as the fitness room of the neighboring hotel, which is built in the style of an English castle. A variety of treatments and massages are also available for an additional fee. Bicycles and rowboats can be rented nearby; the reception staff will be happy to arrange this for you.

Strausberg is situated directly on the eastern shore of Lake Straussee, just under 55 kilometers east of Berlin, in a landscape characterized by forests and lakes. Lake Straussee is the largest of the surrounding lakes and offers excellent swimming fun with its outdoor pool, complete with a diving tower, slide, and sunbathing lawn.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
