The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The Bramasole holiday home is located above the centre of Caputh at the foot of the unspoilt Krähenberg. Thanks to its central yet quiet location, the bus, train and ferry are just a few minutes' walk away, and the jetty of the White Fleet is also just over a kilometre away. The beach resorts of Caputh and Templin can be reached in just a few minutes by car. The house is rented from April to October.

The house stands on its own plot of approx. 400 square metres and is for your sole use; the car can be parked in the driveway and there is lockable storage space for bicycles. A barbecue is available.

The house is furnished in a modern country house style, the colours are harmoniously coordinated and thus create a pleasant feeling of living that allows you to quickly and easily relax and unwind. The living room with its 16 m² offers enough space to make yourself comfortable. On cooler days, a wood-burning stove provides cosiness. The house can also be heated electrically. The bedrooms have a double bed 160x200cm and a single bed 80x200cm, which can be extended into a double bed. Both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The kitchen is well equipped - dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, espresso maker, tea towels and washing-up liquid are provided

Caputh offers many opportunities for sporting activities due to its proximity to the water. Sailing, water skiing, surfing ... or you can simply let the wind blow around your nose on a boat trip and take a deep breath. 7 minutes by train to Potsdam or 25 minutes to the centre of Berlin.

The large covered terrace with seating area, deckchairs and an open-air bed also offers the opportunity to make yourself comfortable on rainy days and really laze around.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
