Detailed information

A large panoramic window overlooks the sunny west-facing terrace and garden. The upstairs pool is available for guests by arrangement. Children will enjoy the trampoline, sandpit, and treehouse in the garden. In winter, a sauna (on the roof terrace, €40), underfloor heating, and a ventilation system ensure comfort.

High-quality box-spring beds are provided, arranged as a double bed (1.80 x 2m) or as two single beds.

Two additional beds are available in the living room (sofa 75 x 2m) and on a thick guest mattress (90 x 2.10m).

A travel cot can be accommodated in the small bedroom. The living area features an open-plan kitchen and a cozy reading nook. There is also a lovely bathroom with a double bathtub.

The access road and the apartment itself are not wheelchair accessible.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
