The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with five single beds, three single sofa beds, a double bed and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a fireplace, a radio, two heaters, six televisions, a CD player and a heater. In addition there are two terraces, two sets of garden furniture and three air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, two showers, two baths and two hairdryers.

The holiday home has two freezers, two fridges, a tumble dryer and three washing machines.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there are two cots.

The kitchen is equipped with two microwaves, a dishwasher, two stoves, two coffee makers and two ovens.

Cozy vacation apartment with a fenced garden area for relaxing and enjoying time with friends or family, as well as for tradespeople.

Our accommodation is modern and newly furnished, with everything you need for your stay.

Partial rental is also possible, so you don't have to book the entire area.

There are two areas available, each with a covered terrace, gas grill, fenced garden area, up to 4 bedrooms, and 2 living rooms with extra beds, accommodating a maximum of 12 people. Our pool is heated from May to September.

Our vacation rental was completely renovated, expanded, and newly furnished in 2022.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
