The "Morgensonne" holiday apartment offers 65 m² of living space, a balcony, and is located on the upper floor of a listed building in the Weberviertel, the historic heart of Potsdam-Babelsberg. Our holiday home is in a quiet location, less than a 5-minute walk from the popular center of Babelsberg with its shops, restaurants, and all the amenities of a city.

The spacious apartment is suitable for up to 4 people, with a dining area for 6 if needed.

The living/dining area features a fully equipped kitchen, as well as comfortable seating and a large LED TV. There are two separate bedrooms with large double beds. A baby cot can be added to the larger bedroom. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the surrounding orchards.

Insect screens are provided. There is a secure bicycle storage area under a lean-to roof in the courtyard.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
