General

The holiday home for 26 persons has six bathrooms and ten bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a heather, a radio and a TV (satellite). In addition there is a sauna, a bicycle, garden furniture, a barbecue, a terrace and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower and two toilets.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a fridge.

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee maker and a waterboiler.

The standig individually holiday home, built in 1724 and renovated in 2014 is rustic and functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods and at the water. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, grill possibility, garden furniture, fire place and court. The house has 3 terraces. Location Gollmitz, 42 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm, closed plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Use on over 400 square meters. The half-timbered house is a listed, functional, country-style watermill on the river. There are a total of 5 holiday apartments there: BF-5BWD, BF-GVH9 (3 people each), BF-V9C8 (4 people), BF-6KG2 (2 people), BF-3D9T (12 people). The apartments have been ecologically renovated with clay walls and hemp insulation. The mill room is a museum and at the same time a common room for celebrations with up to 50 people. There is also a common room for 24 people with a fireplace and television. The holiday home is not suitable for group accommodation. With a diameter of six meters, the water wheel is the largest in northern Germany. Events in summer 2023: on May 29, June 24, July 15, August 26, 2023. Payment terms and -periods

Once you receive the booking confirmation, you have to make a deposit equal to 25% of the total rental amount. You must pay the remaining balance six weeks before the arrival date you or during the key handover upon your arrival.

If you leave within six weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment, unless otherwise stated and the homeowner wishes to be paid online.
