The holiday home features a large living room with satellite TV, radio/CD/DVD player, a sofa bed, and an open-plan American-style kitchen. It is fully equipped for self-catering.

Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. A dishwasher is provided. There is a bedroom with two single beds and a small room with a bunk bed (suitable for adults).

On cooler days, the holiday home can be heated electrically and with an external gas wall heater. 5 kWh per day are included free of charge. Additional consumption is charged at 50 cents per kWh. Gas is billed separately.

The range of recreational opportunities is enormous. The beautiful "Tropical Islands" water park is located approximately 30 km away towards Berlin, off the A13 motorway. A wildlife park is about a 15-minute walk away. Here, you or your children can hand-feed and pet the animals. Hiking, cycling, boat trips, swimming, and fishing in and around the lake are all popular activities.

Bicycle and boat rentals are available for anglers. Barbecues and/or campfires are possible in the evenings. In autumn, plenty of mushrooms can be gathered in the surrounding forests.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
