Immerse yourself in the idyll of our 67m² holiday bungalow, located in the middle of the forest on the picturesque Netzener See. Built in 2017, this modern accommodation combines tranquil nature experiences with comfortable living. Ideal for families, couples or individuals longing for some time out, you will find an exclusive retreat here.
Inside, the bungalow boasts a spacious living and dining area with a cosy seating area that invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. There are also two bedrooms - one with a double bed and plenty of storage space for your luggage, the other ideal for children with a bunk bed. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer and other amenities rounds off the comfortable interior.
Outside the bungalow, a newly built jetty invites you to the shores of Lake Netzen, ideal for rowing enthusiasts or owners of small motorboats. An idyllic garden with play equipment, barbecue facilities and garden furniture is available for cosy hours outdoors. Free parking spaces are available directly at the holiday home.
The area surrounding the bungalow on Lake Netzen offers a wide range of leisure activities. In addition to activities available directly at the property, such as boat trips and fishing, the scenic cycling and hiking trails around the lake invite you to go on discovery tours. In the holiday complex itself you will find a restaurant serving German specialities, while the surrounding region offers numerous excursion options for all interests. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
