The approximately 65 m² accommodation offers a spacious living and dining area with a comfortable sofa bed and a large dining table. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.

The bright, naturally lit bathroom with shower provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality fitted units and a small dining table.

On the large terrace in front of the house, you can enjoy the sun with a direct view over the Havel meadows, have a leisurely breakfast, or simply relax. Take a walk to Lake Trebel and enjoy the vastness of the Havelland region by following the paths directly on the dike. The property is fully fenced, and the side facing the Havel meadows is bordered by a ditch. Parking spaces are available directly on the property. A motorboat (no license required) is also available for you at our central boat dock (approximately 2 km from the holiday home) for exploring the surrounding area from the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
