The holiday apartment is conveniently situated on the Waldesruh estate, surrounded by high coniferous trees. Waldesruh is part of Hoppegarten and is right on the eastern edge of Berlin.

The apartment of around 50m² can accommodate a maximum of three people (child’s bed possible). It has a living room with a kitchen and a dining space. The sofa can be pulled out as a bed for a third person (140 x 200cm). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a cupboard and a dresser. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining corner. The bathroom has a shower, two washbasins and a bath. You can deposit your suitcases in a little storage room. There is free wireless Internet access. Bed linen, towels and an array of cosmetics are provided.

You can spend a holiday surrounded by greenery here, but within easy access of berlin. The apartment is an ideal starting point for exploring the centre of Berlin with a range of cultural events, as well as the area around Berlin. In the neighbourhood there are riding farms, cycling and hiking trails and many places to swim. The Erpetal nature reserve is nearby, where you can go on walks. The Europa hiking trail E 11 is right at your feet. Owing to the convenient location of the apartment, all the sights are easy to access by car via the B1/B5 or the ring road. It is about 30 minutes to the city centre and 40 minutes by public transport to Alexanderplatz. Riding enthusiasts can visit the Hoppeegarten racing track about ten minutes away. Other places of interest include the Köpenick old town, Muggelsee, the Gardens of the World in Berlin-Marzahn, the Berlin zoo, the Spreewald, a day trip to Potsdam, the Babelsberg film studio, the Seelöwer Höhen, the Altranft open air museum, the Rüdersdorf museum park, as well as the castles and manor houses in the area, such as Gusow or Neuhardenberg castles. You can also explore the beautiful landscape in the Oderbruch or Märkische Schweiz.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
