The holiday flat is on the outskirts of Berlin, an ideal starting point for exploring the city centre, with its many cultural opportunities, as well as the surrounding area
The flat is located on the top floor, can accommodate up to five people and has a living space of approx. 85m². It is particularly characterised by the abundance of natural light that enters through the numerous windows. Brightly painted walls and wooden floors provide additional comfort. In the first bedroom there is a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and in the second room you sleep in a French bed (1.60m x 2.00m). A single bed (0.90m x 2.00m) can be placed in one of the rooms as required. The open-plan kitchen area, fully equipped with all important electrical appliances, nestles elegantly into the living area. The latter is further divided into a dining area with a dining table and a seating area with two sofas, armchairs and, of course, a TV. The spacious bathroom with a large shower completes the offer.
This holiday flat is located in the Waldesruh estate, nestled among tall conifers. Waldesruh is a district of the municipality of Hoppegarten and is located directly on the eastern outskirts of Berlin. The garden area of the house is not available to holiday guests and may only be used by the owners.
Parties are not allowed and we ask you to refrain from celebrating birthdays or other parties in the flat, which is only available to guests who have rented the flat.
The Erpetal nature reserve is in the immediate vicinity, where you can go hiking or walking. The Europa hiking trail is right at your feet. In the neighbourhood there are riding stables, running, cycling and hiking trails (E 11, R1) as well as numerous bathing opportunities. Here you can enjoy a holiday in the countryside and be in Berlin in no time. The nearest bus stop is just five minutes away. The convenient location of the holiday flat means that the sights are easily accessible by car via the B1/B5 or Berliner Ring. You can be in Berlin city centre in approx. 30 minutes. By public transport you need about 40 minutes to Alexanderplatz. Equestrian fans can reach the Hoppegarten racecourse, the "racecourse in the countryside", in approx. 10 minutes. Other sights in the surrounding area: Köpenick old town (six kilometres), Müggelsee lake (three kilometres), the Gardens of the World in Berlin-Marzahn, Berlin Zoo, the Spreewald forest, day trips to Potsdam, Babelsberg film studio, the Seelow Heights, the Altranft open-air museum, the Rüdersdorf museum park and the castles and manor houses in the district, e.g. Gusow Castle or Neuhardenberg.
