Even the village street, which is lined with old willow trees, gives you an idea of the paradisiacal tranquillity that emanates from this place and its surroundings. The well-fenced property is located right on the edge of the forest and 100 metres from the Havel.

There are very good fishing opportunities. Water sports on the Havel or at Hohenauener See, 7 km away, are great fun. Rathenow, 15 km away, invites you to stroll through the town. For horse lovers, a visit to the Neustadt-Dosse stud farm is well worthwhile.

For anglers: There are very good opportunities for anglers. A fishing licence is required as the Havel is a production water. A holiday fishing licence can be purchased in Rathenow.
