The holiday homes are located in the "Uckermärkische Seen" nature park in the north of Brandenburg. The state-recognised resort of Himmelpfort is surrounded by four lakes and an extensive, unspoilt forest landscape. Many cycle paths and hiking trails lead through Himmelpfort and the connection to the Mecklenburg Lake District is via the many lakes and bathing areas. Himmelpfort is known worldwide for its Father Christmas post office, which sends letters all over the world every year.
The three holiday homes are situated on a well-kept, partially fenced plot of approx. 800 square metres on the outskirts of Himmelpfort. The holiday homes are only separated from the water by the village road and have their own jetty. Each house has a balcony and a sheltered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.
3-room house, 2 floors, approx. 70 square metres. On the ground floor is the brightly furnished living room with the dining kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with: 2 hob cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. In the living room there is a flat screen TV, a stereo system, W-Lan, couch and armchair. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and one of them with balcony to the lake.
From Himmelpfort you can explore the marvellous landscape very well. Whether you want to go shopping in Berlin or canoeing to Lychen, explore the Stechlin cycle path by bike or take a comfortable trip on the steamboat, there is something for everyone. The four lakes invite you to swim and a variety of water sports are possible. The 5 restaurants in the village offer fresh fish or home-style cooking. You can buy fresh fish or well-smoked specialities from the fisherman.
We have our own bike, canoe and motorboat hire. You can hire anything from a canoe to a 15 hp motorboat from us at the house price. Our jetty can be used for fishing and we have our own fishing boat with fish keeper.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
