Dear Guests,

With great attention to detail, we have transformed our old bungalow into a cozy vacation home. In approximately 65 square meters, you won't have to forgo any comforts during your holiday.

Our vacation home is situated on a 400 square meter property within a vacation home complex. Located in the second row of houses with a view of Lake Moderfitz, it's just a 1-minute walk to the boat dock and a natural swimming area. If you are traveling with children, we recommend using the swimming area on the lake. After a 10-minute walk, you'll find a large lawn with a swimming area suitable for children.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
