The apartment is located in an outbuilding of a farm. It features a living/dining area, a bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and a children's room with a bunk bed.

Chickens, ducks, cows, dogs, and cats roam the grounds. Fresh eggs from the chickens and, depending on the season and availability, freshly harvested fruits and vegetables are available (for a small additional fee).

The apartment is ideal as a remote work location, as it offers internet access with ample data and speed. The particularly quiet morning and evening hours provide a peaceful retreat.

The apartment is also suitable for stays during the colder months, as it is very well heated.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
