Our semi-detached house, newly built in 2015, with its large terrace and garden, invites you to relax in your own private space. Enjoy the morning sun in the tranquility typical of the Spreewald region while having breakfast on the terrace or in the panoramic kitchen – both offering unobstructed views of the beautiful natural surroundings. A separate covered seating area with a large grill and a historic, fully functional wood-fired oven provides the perfect setting for cozy evenings. Meanwhile, your bicycles can be safely stored in a lockable storage room with charging facilities for e-bikes.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
