Holiday bungalow property near the village centre, with its own feel-good area in the property. The functionally equipped bungalows in the forest community of Borkheide for 2 to max. 3 people are located in the wooded village centre and are approx. 250-500m away from all amenities. Borkheide railway station is approx. 10 minutes away. Trains run every half hour to Berlin (approx. 45 minutes to Berlin Central Station) and Dessau from the nearby railway station. The proximity to the A9 motorway (approx. 6 km.) guarantees a quick connection to the beautiful surrounding countryside or for shopping in the direction of Potsdam and Berlin. Two supermarkets (with bakery and butcher), a post office in the "...nah und gut", a savings bank ATM and catering facilities in the village provide for all daily needs.

The newly built wooden bungalows with kitchenette, bathroom, living room and bedroom are designed for a cosy, functional stay. You will find a living room with a functional sofa, satellite TV, radio; a bedroom with two upholstered beds with height-adjustable headboards and a bed base (can be converted if required), a wardrobe and a clothes horse. The bathroom is equipped with WC, shower and washbasin. The bathroom and living room can be heated with electric hot-air heaters. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge, double induction hob, instant coffee machine, kettle, toaster and egg cooker, allowing you to prepare a cosy breakfast, lunch or a nice dinner - just like at home. A hoover can be borrowed free of charge on request.

Each bungalow has its own separate terrace with table and chairs, as well as sun loungers and a parasol. The cushions for the chairs are in the cushion box. Bicycles can be hired on request. A charcoal barbecue can be provided free of charge on request (depending on the forest fire level!), please take care of the consumables yourself. Car parking spaces are available on the premises.

No letting to construction workers / fitters!

From approx. mid-May to mid-September you can use the Borkheide forest pool (approx. 5 min. walk) for refreshment and relaxation. For cyclists or cycling enthusiasts, the European cycle path R1, which leads directly through the village, is recommended.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
