The holiday flat is situated in a green, quiet location in the beautiful district of Pankow with good
transport connections to the city centre of Berlin. You can reach the city centre by public transport in approx. 20
minutes to the city centre (Alexanderplatz or Friedrichstraße). You can walk to the Pankow-Heinersdorf S-Bahn station (approx. 15 min) or take the M 50 tram. The walk to the tram takes about 5 minutes.
The flat is located on the top floor of a detached house and offers space for four people and one additional person with an extra bed.
There is a separate entrance to the flat.
It consists of a living room and a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
The living room is furnished with two single beds and an extra bed. There is a
wardrobe is available. In the living room there is also a couch (three-seater and armchair) with a TV corner. In the bedroom there are also two single beds with wardrobe and TV.
The balcony is located by the living room and offers several seating options. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
The kitchen has a large dining table. It has a fridge, a cooker with oven
oven as well as a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery.

Pets (dog, cat) are allowed for an extra charge. However, we ask that you only leave them alone

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
